Ordered formed 15 October 1943 at Göppingen, with effect from 1 November 1943, by renaming Höherer Kommandeur der Flugzeugführerschulen A/B. Subordinated to Luftgaukommando VII to 1 July 1944, and then to Luftflottenkommando 10. Responsible for pilot training at all FFS A schools.[1]


Germany. (Nov 43 - May 45)

17 Jan 44: Stabskette He 111 crashed at Altenbeichlingen, 100%, 13 killed.

5 Apr 44: Stab at Göppingen/30 km E of Stuttgart.

1 Feb 45: Subordinated: Flugzeugführerschule A2, A5, A7, A10, A14, A23, A43, A52, A61, A72, A114, A115, A116, A118, A125, B2, B4, B14, B16, B31, B32.[2]

4 Feb 45: Göppingen under General der Fliegerausbildung - ordered this date to take over responsibility of all FFS B schools from the disbanded 2. Fliegerschuldivision.[3]

Apr 45: Stab last reported at Kempten/Bavaria after withdrawing from the Stuttgart area, and then surrendered or dissolved on or about May 1945.[4]
