Aug 1943 – May 1944: no losses were said to have been incurred by the 3(F)./122 during this period - a truly remarkable achievement, indeed.[1]

2 Aug 1943 – An aircraft from 5(F)./122 photographed Leningrad.[2]

7 Aug 1943 - One of 1(F)./122 ‘s Ju 88s claimed a USAAF P-47 northeast of Malta.[3]

23 Aug 1943 5(F)./122 Ju 88D-5 Force landed at Grigerovo due to engine failure, 90%, 2 injured.

28 Aug 1943 – He 111 (F6+AM) of 4(F)./122 flew a seeaufklärung sortie over the Black Sea leaving Sarabus at 13.04 hrs and returning at 19.25 hrs.[5]
