Formed 1 May 1943, possibly at Berlin-Schönwalde, with a Gruppenstab and 1. – 4. Staffel by renaming KGr.z.b.V. 105. Equipped with Ju 52 transports.[1]

May 43: resting, refitting and re-equipping in Germany, possibly at Berlin-Schönwalde.
21 May 43: 2. Staffel arriving in Greece for assignment to Luftwaffenkdo. Südost. The rest of the Gruppe arrived over the course of the next week or two.[2]
3 Jun 43: Ju 52 crash landed at Athens-Tatoi, 30%.[3]
6 Jun 43: Ju 52 crashed between Berlin-Schönwalde and Athens, 70%, 4 crew and 5 passengers injured.
17 Jun 43: Ju 52 crash landed on Crete, 50%.

6 Sep 43: Ju 52 ditched in the Aegean NW of Kos due to engine failure, 100%, 1 passenger missing.
17 Sep 43: Ju 52 (G6+IM) shot down into the sea in Pl.Qu. 23 East 7610, 100%, 4 MIA.
17 Sep 43: Ju 52 damaged landing at Fp. Agrinion/SW Greece, 30%.
19 Sep 43: Ju 52 crashed east of Athens, 60%.
3 Oct 43: Ju 52 bombed on the ground at Fp. Iraklion/Crete, 100%, 2 KIA and 1 WIA.
4 Oct 43: 2 Ju 52s and 1 Bf 108 bombed on the ground at Athens-Tatoi, all 100%, 5 KIA and 7 WIA.
20 Oct 43: 3. Staffel Leo 451 crash landed at Fp. Bönninghardt/16 km SW of Wesel, 25%.
24 Oct 43: Ju 52 bombed on the ground at Fp. Tirana/Albania, 100%.
25 Oct 43: Ju 52 reported missing on flight between Iraklion and Athens-Tatoi, 100%.
25 Oct 43: Ju 52 crashed at Irankion – no details.
2 Nov 43: Ju 52 in minor accident at Athens-Tatoi.
7 Nov 43: Ju 52 crashed into a mountain on Rhodes and burned, 100%, Oblt. Heinz Petzold (pilot) and 3 other crew killed, plus 9 passengers killed.
8 Nov 43: Ju 52 accident at Athens-Tatoi.
12 Nov 43: Ju 52 reported missing in the vicinity of Leros in the Dodecanese, 100%, 3 killed and 1 injured.
15 Nov 43: Ju 52 bombed on the ground at Athens-Kalamaki, 100%.
17 Nov 43: Fi 156 bombed on the ground at Athens-Kalamaki, 20%.
4 Dec 43: Ju 52 shot down by a fighter NE of Devoli/Albania, 100%, 4 KIA. Also, 4 passengers KIA and 4 more WIA, all 8 belonging to NAGr. 12.
8 Dec 43: 4 Ju 52s bombed on the ground at Athens-Tatoi, 100%, 30%, 15% and 10%.
14 Dec 43: Ju 52 bombed on the ground at Athens-Kalamaki, 10%.
Germany, South Russia and Romania. (Jan 44 - May 44)
Jan 44: transferred from Athens-Tatoi to Jena-Rödigen toward the end of December or the beginning of January to rest, refit and re-equip.[6]
21 Mar 44: now at Celle/N Germany.[7]
26 Mar 44: transferred from Celle to Reichshof (Rzeszów)/S Poland to participate in air supply and container-dropping operations for Pz.AOK 1 which had been cut off and was withdrawing in the vicinity of Kamenets Podolsk to the southeast of Lvov. The operation continued until 10 April.[8]
20 Apr 44: transferred from Rzeszów to Galaţi/E Romania around mid-April to take part in the airlift operation to Crimea.[9]
14 May 44: departed Romania and moved to Prossnitz-Kosteletz (Prostĕjov)/48 km NE of Brno in Moravia (Czechoslovakia), arriving by this date.[10]
Reich and Balkans. (May 44 - Feb 45)
May 44: 4. Staffel disbanded and its assets distributed among the rest of the Gruppe.[11]
Jun – Aug 44: no information - possibly inactive or relatively inactive in Germany.
9 Sep 44: transferred from Germany to Salonika on or about this date - initially employed to transport vehicle parts from depots in the Belgrade area to Greece so as to make serviceable as many motor vehicles as possible for the great withdrawal movement north by Heeresgruppe E and attached forces.[12]
26 Sep 44: based at Athens-Kalamaki.[13]
7 Oct 43: now at Salonika-Sedes.[14]
18 Oct 43: in transfer with advance elements arriving at Zagreb-Plešo.[15]
Oct – Dec 44: flew airlift operations in support of the withdrawal from Greece via Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro. Transported food and ammunition south returning north with wounded.
30 Oct 44: now based at Zirkle (Cerklje)/35 km WNW of Zagreb[16]
21 Nov 44: at Zirkle (Cerklje).[17]
16 Dec 44: transferred from Zirkle and Zagreb to Goslar/N Germany.[18]
31 Jan 45: Ju 52 shot down by AA fire in the Küstrin-Neudamm area along the Oder east of Berlin, 100%, 2 MIA.
19 Feb 45: being disbanded this date at Goslar.[19]
