Ordered form o/a 22 June 1943 at Paris-Chaville, with command post first at Guyancourt/23 km SW of Paris and then at Jouy-en-Josas/17 km SW of Paris. No information concerning this command has been found in the surviving records, and it is not mentioned in any personnel appointment orders that have yet come to light. It is entirely possible that it never became operational. The Stab was reportedly disbanded at the beginning of September 1943, but the Feldpost number was not deleted until 13 January 1944.[1]
