Formation and History.
Existence uncertain. Mentioned in a few postwar secondary sources, but nothing has been found to substantiate its existence as a formal Jagdfliegerführer. The Stab would have been at Riga-Spilve airfield on the outskirts of Riga/Latvia.[1]
