Formation and History

Formed May 1941 for the occupation of France, Belgium and Holland as a headquarters and staff (Stab) to exercise command over attached Bau units. KStN: 451. Place of formation not found. [1]

Oct 41: operating in western France. [2].

29 Apr 42: Stab transferred from France to Kharkov/Ukraine. [3]

12 May 42: Gen.Maj. Heling reported MIA in the crash of a Ju 52 belonging to K.Gr.z.b.V. 300 near Bolshya(?), near Kharkov. [4]

Jun – Nov 42: disbanded, but exact date not found.
