Formed 6 April 1945 at Hörsching/Austria (ex-Luftflottenkommando 4) and subordinated to Luftflottenkommando 6.^[2]

Austria and North Balkans. (Apr 45 - May 45)

3 May 45: Stab at Schörfling/N Austria at the north end of Lake Attersee (Kammersee) under Lfl.6. It was responsible for air support for Heeresgruppe Süd and OB Südost.

7 May 45: Stab possibly now at Lend/N Austria near Zell am See (its Ln.Kp., 1.(Stabsnachr.-)/Ln.Rgt.4, was located there on this date).
