1940 - formed from Lw.-Bau-Abt.37 with 3 Kp. also using personnel from Lw.-Bau-Btl. 11/XII[1]

1943 - disbanded. Personnel from the 3 Kp. were distributed to Lw.-Bau-Btl. 33/XI and Lw.-Bau-Btl. 7/XVII.[2]
