History
28 Jul 41: Btl. at Minsk/Belorussia (Belarus) after advancing into Russia following the German invasion beginning on 22 June 1941. [2]
11 Dec42: Btl. reported 1 man WIA in a Partisan ambush in the vicinity of Seschinskaya airfield. [3]
6 May 43: a man from the Btl. reported KIA by bombs during an air attack on Seschinskaya airfield. [4]
Mid-1943: Btl reorganized with prisoners of war and redesignated Luftwaffen-Bau-Btl. 109/XI (K). [5]
FpNs: Stab (L 38449), 1.Kp. (L 16366, 39911), 2.Kp. (L40308 ), 3.Kp. (L 41293).
