Formation and History

Formed January 1940 as a headquarters and Stab (staff) to command attached Luftwaffe Bau (construction) units. Place of formation not found, but almost certainly in Luftgau VI (Ruhr area in West-Central Germany). No information has been found for this unit, no Feldpost number was ever issued for it, so presumably its formation was never completed.
