Formation and History. (May 42 - Aug 44)

Formed May 1942 at Suda Bay/Crete by renaming Seenotbezirksstelle Sudabucht. Subordinated to Seenotbereichskdo. XI (Athens-Phaleron). Directed sea rescue operations in the waters around Crete. Ordered disbanded 19 August 1944.^[1]
