Formed May 1942 at Le Havre/N France by renaming Seenotbezirksstelle Le Havre. Subordinated to Seenotbereichskdo. II (Cherbourg). Directed sea rescue operations in the English Channel centered on Le Havre. Ordered disbanded 19 August 1944.^[1]
