Formation and History. (Dec 40 - Jun 42)

Formed (new) o/a December 1940 at Amsterdam-Schellingwoude. Responsible for air-sea rescue operations along the coast of Holland using elements of 3. Seenotstaffel and 2 rescue boats. Renamed Seenotbereichskdo. IV o/a 1 June 1942.[1]
