Formed around April 1944 at Rovaniemi/N Finland by renaming Transportstaffel Fliegerführer Nord. Equipped with Ju 52 transports.[1]
Finland and Norway. (Apr 44 - Mar 45)
30 Apr 44: reported 6 Ju 52s on strength, and same for 10 May and 31 May.
20 Jun 44: now at Kirkenes/N Norway with 11 Ju 52s and He 111s on strength.
31 Aug 44: Kirkenes with 6 Ju 52s.
Sep – Oct 44: no information.
12 Nov 44: at Banak/N Norway.[2]
25 Dec 44: now at Bardufoss/N Norway.[3]
10 Jan 45: now identified as Transportstaffel Fliegerführer 3/5 with a total of 16(12) aircraft of various types on strength.
Mar 45: still in existence according to surviving documents, but not listed after March and believed to have been disbanded.
