Formation and History. (Oct 43 - May 45)

Formed on or about 1 October 1943 at either Belgrade-Zemun or Belgrade-Pancevo in Serbia by renaming Kurierstaffel 14. Assigned to Heeresgruppe F (Stab at Belgrade-Pancevo).

13 Oct 43: Ju 52 bombed on the ground at Fp. Tirana/Albania, 60%, 3 KIA.

1 Dec 43: based at Belgrade-Zemun - it sent a message to the station workshop at Tirana asking when its Ju 52 would be repaired and could be picked up.

9 Jul 44: at Zemun and Pancevo - Staffel had 8 He 111s plus a number of Ju 52s, Fw 58s and Fi 156s.

7 Oct 44: evacuation of Belgrade - Staffel transferred to Vukovar/Serbia this date.

Dec 44: now at Fp. Zagreb-Borongaj and Fp. Zirkle (Cerklje)/35 km WNW of Zagreb - still assigned to H.Gr. F (Oberbefehlshaber Südost).

13 Feb 45: Fi 156 C-3 bombed on the ground at Fp. Zagreb-Borongaj, 20%.

14 Feb 45: Fi 156 bombed on the ground at Fp. Zagreb-Borongaj, 10%.

25 Mar 45: Heeresgruppe F was disbanded and H.Gr. E became the only Heeresgruppe in the Balkans (see 16./Fl.Verb.Geschw. 2).
