Formed 26 August 1939 from all or elements of Stab/Aufklärungsgruppe 13.[1]


Western Germany

1 Sep 39: Koluft at Mayen/30 km W of Koblenz - supported 5th Army in securing the western defense positions in the Trier area until the 5th Army was disbanded in October 1939. Koluft subordinated this date: 5 Aufklärungsstaffeln (2.(F)/22, 3.(H)/13, 1.(H)/12, 2.(H)/12, 4.(H)/12), Kurierstaffel 7, 5 Flak-Abt. (II./4, I./14, II./14, I./361, le. 84) and Ln.-Abt. 5 (H) (mot.).

24 Oct 39: Koluft ordered disbanded by reverting back to Stab/Aufklärungsgruppe 13.
