Seenotflottille 50

Formation and History. (Aug 44 - May 45)

Ordered formed 19 August 1944 at Trondheim/C Norway by renaming Seenotflottille 8. Belonged to Seenotgruppe 50. Transferred to Oslo immediately following formation. Surrendered at Oslo on 8 May 1945 in a strength of 1 officer and 156 men.[1]
