Formation and History. (Apr 42 - Jun 42)
Formed o/a April 1942 by renaming Seenotzentrale (L) Brest. Responsible for air-sea rescue operations in the Atlantic and Bay of Biscay centered on Brittany. Renamed Seenotbereichskdo. I on 1 June 1942.[1]
